This is an oral history recording of Casey Lain interview by Amanda Kowalski. Mr. Lain talks about his work in the music industry as well as the connection to the community of culture of Corpus Christi through music venues. He has worked at three important music venues: Executive Surf Club, Concrete Street Amphitheater/Brewster Street Icehouse, and his own House of Rock. This interview was done as part a class project for HIST 5380: Topics in History: Oral History and Podcasting class (Summer 2019) and is featured in season one of the South Texas Stories podcast.
