This is an oral history recording of Robert Stoner interviewed by Jeff Dillard. Robert Stoner talks about the Corpus Christi music scene in the late 1970s and early 1980s; going to shows at the Ritz Music Hall; playing in bands; working as a sound man and music promoter; and his role in the preservation of the Ritz Theater. This interview was done as part a class project for HIST 5380: Topics in History: Oral History and Podcasting class (Summer 2019) and is featured in season one of the South Texas Stories podcast.
